I am not a PGA champion, nor am I a pro-skater. I am not the best listener, nor am I the worst. I may not get straight A’s, but I do not get F’s either. I may not know how to paint the Mona Lisa, nor do I know a third language. I haven’t eaten Kobe beef, nor will I learn how to master the art of tae-kwon-do. I may not read and understand Pride and Prejudice in one sitting, but hope to make friends who do.
Hi my name is Chris R and I am your average fourteen-year-old freshman that attends high school. I come from a family of four, with one brother, two loving parents and one adorable dog. I am always hanging out with friends, playing video games, and listening to my iPod in my spare time. In my family, things can get frantic at any moment and communication can be hard to come by. I would like to form a better way to communicate with my parents so that there are no misunderstandings on any topic. I also like to achieve the goal of not fighting with my little brother, even though he can be annoying at some times. Another goal I need to achieve is the fact that I have to learn Spanish and be fluent in it enough, so that I can talk to most of my relatives and grandparents, who speak very little English.
I decided to come to this school in the beginning of sixth grade at BMS. This school has met all my expectations academically and social wise. Everyday I am bombarded with homework that is due the very next day and I am already making new friends. I have some major academic and athletic goals for freshman year, half of them outrageous and the other half reachable. One of them is to get a 4.0 and above all year, ace honors and learn to stop procrastinating on homework. I want to join the BHS golf team, so that I can get an early sport dismissal everyday. Fourth, I want to work out and run more so that I can get into the best shape of my life and keep it that way. I also want to make a lot more friends than I have at the moment so that everyone can know who I am.
When I leave high school, I want to go to a four-year university on the east coast, maybe Harvard. After that, I want to go to Law school so that I can become an attorney. What I really want to attain during college, is my P.H.D. so that people can call me a doctor. By my late thirties maybe even my early forties, I am planning to be loaded with a lot of dough and have a nice family that I can support and live with. For a hobby, I want to collect classic cars and get my dream cars, an Audi R8 and a Bugatti Veyron. Finally, I want to live a long and happy life with the ones I love and care about and know that I have no regrets.
